Today I had the honour of witnessing history is the making….Congratulations to my sistahfriend, Debbie Miller, who after lots of hard work, dedication and perseverance was officially promoted to the rank Inspector with the Ottawa Police Services today!
History because she is the 2nd Black women to be promoted to that rank in Ottawa. And the 1st Black woman of Caribbean Descent.
