Ottawa’s Multicultural Week events continued as the African Canadian Association of Ottawa (ACAO) and Somerset West community Health Centre (SWCHC) hosted their annual celebration of diversity at Mooney’s Bay. Mayor Jim Watson was there to honour the city’s many racial and ethnic communities and their contributions to the national capital. Kudos to event organisers Hector Addison, John Adeyefa and Christiana Ogah for a job well done.
