BIPOC (Black Indigenous and People of colour) is currently trending and now many organizations are planning mentorship programs for this demographic group. The younger generation is sometimes critized for being lazy, distracted and entitled, despite the evidence that many of them are hard-working, highly educated, resourceful and highly skilled in new technology.
