A reception for Mrs. Janice Miller, High Commissioner for Jamaica to Canada, was held at City Hall, under the auspices of the Jamaican Ottawa Community Association. Among the dignitaries that graced the occasion were Senator Don Meredith and Ottawa Police Chief Charles Bordeleau.
