Black Ottawa Scene Advertising rates

Option # 1: Standard 350 x 350 pixels poster or flyer (jpeg or png images only), with re-direct to client’s website on click of the ad:   $50 per edition

Option #2: 750 x 750 max pixels poster with re-direct to client’s website on click of the ad: ((jpeg or png images only): $100 per edition 

Option #3: Special feature: Narrative style posting, max 800 words (program, project or event description or report, special offers, announcements etc.) : $100 per edition

Option #4: Similar to Option #3, plus max 5 pictures: $150

Option #5: Business profile; community organisation profile; NGO profile; government department profile. Max 300 words, with one video or 5 pictures max. All images must be jpeg or png format): $100 per edition.

Option #6: Ad customized to client’s needs. Rate to be negotiated.

Submission deadline

Black Ottawa Scene is published on the 1^st day of each month. Paid ads must be submitted not later than the 15^th day of the month prior to publication.

Advertising policy

Advertising copy is subject to approval by the editor and publisher.  Advertising copy must adhere to the principles of good taste and not violate the Ontario Human Rights Code or other reasonable tests that may be applied. Pre-payment is required for all advertisements.
