Thank You for Making the 23rd Annual Dapo Fun Day Unforgettable!!

To every attendee, sponsor, and volunteer who brought their energy, generosity, and joy to this year’s Dapo Fun Day, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your presence and support transformed the day into a vibrant celebration of community, connection, and care.

A special and deeply felt thank you to our keynote speaker, Might Gouta, whose words stirred something powerful in all of us. His message, that we are each a seed of change, was both a call to reflection and a call to action. Might reminded us that some of us have grown into trees, and with that growth comes responsibility: to offer shelter, nourishment, and strength to others. His analogies were more than poetic, they were activating. He left us with clear, compassionate challenges:

• Bring a friend to next year’s event

• Support a student

• Donate as a rhythm of care

• Volunteer your time

• Share your story to inspire others

We are grateful to Might for planting those seeds in all of us.

A standing ovation to our performers

• Speaking Vibrations, your artistry came together both visually and acoustically.

• MKay, your energy lit up the stage.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our local dignitaries:

Stephen Blais and Laura Dudas, thank you for your warm welcome and encouraging words.

Marie-France Lalonde, your presence and time spent engaging with attendees meant so much.

• And to Mona Fortier, thank you for your support and contributions to the day’s success.

To our volunteers, you are the heartbeat of this event. To our sponsors, you make the magic possible. And to every person who showed up, danced, laughed, listened, and connected, you are the reason we do this.

Let’s carry this momentum forward. Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep giving. Let’s keep being seeds of change.

With gratitude and hope
