Back in 1964, Bob Dylan sang this famous line: ‘The times they are a-changing”. That message is still current and relevant today as it was back then. The world is changing rapidly, with the old making way for the new; beliefs and behaviors that were acceptable in the past are now being questioned or jettisoned completely. The workplace has not been left behind with demands for better representation of women and minorities in corporate boardrooms. Racism and sexism are increasingly under intense scrutiny. However, as much as some things have changed in the workplace, meetings and time management have remained essentially the same.
