What an incredible experience it has been hosting the first cohort of our Queen Elizabeth advanced West African women scholars at Carleton University. Between the very busy schedule we managed to keep a date with the representatives of some of the scholars’ home country– Nigeria and Ghana– respectively. Below are photos with the High Commissioner of Nigeria to Canada, HE Adeyinka Asekun, and the High Commissioner of Ghana to Canada, HE Anselm Sowah.
