JK’S Volunteer Appreciation Event
On April 29th a small gathering of members, volunteers and supporters came together to celebrate their collective work and contributions to the success of Jaku Konbit. “Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and our work wouldn’t be possible without their dedication and commitment” said Ken Campbell. Our Volunteers have helped out in a great many ways; assisting with programs, events, projects and many other tasks. The Volunteer of the Year Award went to Pascale Newry who has gone above and beyond in supporting the work of Jaku Konbit. We simply would not be able to provide the level of services and programs that we do without their invaluable contribution and support!
