Happy Canada Day! Welcome to the July 2025 edition of your favourite news magazine. Our Top Story for the month is the launch of the innovative “Violet Voices” by the Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network.
Our increasingly popular Ottawa Golden Oldies Seniors’ club makes an appearance as they host their highly successful “meet and greet” social event on 21 June. Other news of interest is the swearing in of 100 newly minted Canadians by the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada. We also bring you news from the Ottawa YMCA which celebrated the 2025 Multiculturalism Day with over 20 countries represented.
