We have changed how we communicate at work during pandemic

Prior to the pandemic, people were comfortable communicating with fellow workers, shaking hands, hugging and even light-hearted kissing. So what has changed since the outbreak? There is now a new awkwardness in our interactions, with social distancing, masks and other health precautions creating previously unknown barriers to how we relate to our colleagues at work.
