The RBC Community room at the Taggart Family YMCA on Argyle Avenue was filled to capacity the YMCA of the National Capital region hosted its 2026 Black History Month celebration. With Chief Executive Officer Trevor McAlmont, in attendance, it was an evening of inspirational speeches, music, delicious multicultural cuisine and comradeship. Black Ottawa Scene was there to capture this thoroughly entertaining evening.
