In celebration of Rwanda’s Independence and Liberation Day, Charge D’Affaires Shakilla K. Umutoni hosted a reception for fellow diplomats and a select group of guests at the Chateau Laurier. Among the special guests were community activist and Rwandan-Canadian Felicite Murangira and Black History Ottawa’s Community Relations Officer and popular radio host, Sarah Onyango.
