Former Ottawa community leader heads Toronto’s Big Brothers Big Sisters

Former Ottawa resident Stachen Naomi Lett-Fredrick has again attained new heights in her illustrious career, as she is appointed the President and Chief Executive Officer of Toronto’s Big Brothers Big Sisters. In a media release, posted on LinkedIn, stated:
We are thrilled to welcome Stachen Naomi Lett-Frederick, MBA as the new President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto! With over 20 years of experience in program development and with a proven passion for supporting youth, Stachen is set to lead our organization into a new era of growth and impact. Stachen previously held the role of CEO and Executive Director of Weston Frontlines Centre for 8 years, which has ranked one of Canada’s Top Youth Engagement charities under her leadership. In addition, she is the founder of BrAIDS for AIDS, a not-for-profit organization raising awareness of HIV/AIDS in the African, Caribbean and Black Communities in Canada and internationally.
At BBBST, we are dedicated to empowering the lives of children and youth through mentoring, and we are excited about the fresh perspectives and innovative strategies Stachen will bring to our mission.
