The SAW gallery was a hive of activity as Sophia Jacob and her Black Ottawa Business Network Social Group in partnership with Prestige Event Planners put up a show to remember. Women business leaders and entrepreneurs showcased their innovative approaches to setting up private business, overcoming systemic and other obstacles that traditionally hamper an individual’s desire to establish and advance their dreams in the form of new ventures. A very enthusiastic and appreciative audience was there to soak up the words of wisdom from these role models, ranging from 20 year old Nina Danielle who set up her own company to make young people physically and financially free to award -winning children’s book author Angelot Ndongmo.
