Some 200 guests were at the Ottawa YMCA Hall on Saturday to celebrate the 2024 Multiculturalism Day in style with staff and their families. Exhibits, food, drinks, music and dance were there in plenty from various nationalities that represent Ottawa’s diverse communities: Afghanistan, Ukraine, Rwanda, Cuba, Lebanon, Congo DR, Nigeria, Brazil, Greece, India, Pakistan, too many to list. Black Ottawa Scene was there to bring you images from this momentous event.
Kudos to the staff of the YMCA Newcome Information Centre for a most entertaining event!
