Bishop Jean W. Bruno and First Lady Renny Bruno celebrate 20 years of service
at the Ottawa Church of God

Bishop Jean W. Bruno and First Lady Renny Bruno celebrated 20 years of service
at the Ottawa Church of God on May 7, 2023.
Bishop Jean W. Bruno is an ordained Bishop in the Church of God. Before coming
to Ottawa, he was the Senior Pastor of Hosanna Worship Center in Syracuse, NY;
Living Waters Church of God in Glens Falls, NY; and Higher Heights Church of
God in Rochester, NY.
Bishop Bruno has held various positions in the Church of God, including Pastor
and Pioneer of Cross-Cultural Churches, District Overseer, State Council Member
and Upstate New York Youth and Evangelism Coordinator. He was also appointed
as Eastern Canada State Youth and Christian Education Director.
Bishop Bruno is also an international evangelist and has been a keynote speaker at
Church of God Camp Meetings, Prayer Conferences, and Winterfest. Lady Bruno
has served as the Girls Club Coordinator for Eastern Canada and currently serves
on the Church of God in Ontario Regional Women’s Ministry Board.
Bishop took his family all the way from upstate New York 20 years ago to relocate
to Ottawa, and since then he has been serving the congregation at the OCOG. Over
the last 20 years we have seen and experienced miracles such as healing of barren
wombs, financial miracles and healing of the sick.
Bishop Bruno came with a great plan for OCOG and as a result the church is
mortgage free. Bishop Jean W. Bruno did not plan for the pandemic but he did not
fall short of an effective action. He provided support to his congregation and the
local community by providing care packages and take-out meals while considering
the safety of his congregation.

Bishop and Lady Bruno are the proud parents of three grown children and three
grandchildren. They are expecting their fourth grandchild in September.
Bishop Jean W. and Lady Renny Bruno are an asset to the Ottawa Church of God
and we look forward to what the Lord has in-store for their ministry for the next 20
years to come.
