Closed out a marathon of Black History Month events this week by attending the always soulful annual Christ’s Chapel Bible Church celebration this morning! Many thanks to Rev. Adebayo and the choir for kicking off the proceedings with a very dynamic suite of African praise and worship songs! Ni Wewe Tu added some Caribbean spice to the program and the amazing Ulyn brought her unique operatic flair! The keynote speaker, Senator Bernadette Clément shared a touching tribute to her late father along with some life lessons that left us all extremely inspired. Nous avons tous été très touchés par votre vibrant hommage et sommes très très fiers de vous! Many thanks to Bishop Afolabi and his team for putting together this wonderful event.
