Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng is an Intensive Care and Palliative physician at the Ottawa Hospital and the Montfort Hospital, Ottawa. In his role, he has been at ground zero throughout the pandemic, and has seen first hand the worst of what COVID can do to a community. Alongside his day job, Dr. Kyeremanteng is also a researcher at the Ottawa Research Institute and the Mumphord Institute. As if that is not enough, he finds time to run his own podcast, Solving Healthcare, where he addresses diverse topics with the goal of improving the Canadian healthcare system. Dr. Kyeremanteng has been frequently interviewed by major news media on the Covid 10 pandemic. A family man with three young children, Dr. Kyeremanteng’s parents migrated to Canada from Ghana.
