Themed Augustfest, the popular annual fundraising golf tournament organised by the Black Canadian Scholarship Fund (BCSF) drew golfers from Ottawa’s diverse communities at the Anderson Links. BCSF offers college and university scholarships each year to deserving but needy young male and female students from Ottawa’s Black community.
