Guyana Association holds Mothers’ Day Luncheon 

On Sunday, May 11, 2014, the Guyana Ottawa Cultural Association Inc. held its Annual Mothers’ Day Luncheon at the Good Companions Seniors’ Centre. This signature GOCA event drew an unprecedented number of guests this year! The lively program hosted by GOCA president Denise Moore-Isaacs, included games for adults and children; prizes for the mother with the most biological children as well as the youngest mother; live musical entertainment by various local performers including The London Trio Plus; and, of course, a delectable Caribbean buffet.
