Jephtée Elysée earned in June 2018, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – specializing in Innovation Leadership from the Sandermoen School of Business, University of Fredericton. Since her graduation, she has joined the City of Ottawa’s Economic Development as an Economic Development Officer.

Jephtée’s drive is to leverage both her business skills and passion for social equity in developing and implementing economic development programs, policies, procedures, and strategies that will make Ottawa a prosperous place for all residents.
