The modern workplace is changing rapidly due to automation.   Mobile devices are routinely used by workers both in the workplace and in their personal lives.  Although automation has many advantages, it also creates challenges around boundaries between the workplace and an individual’s personal life.

Dr. Adam Grant, an American university Psychology Professor and podcast host, describes people who like to blend work and life as integrators. In contrast, segmentors like to keep their work and personal life separate.
