
Is money the only thing that motivates you to work?

A recent survey by Price Waterhouse Cooper shows that a significant number of skilled workers plan to change employers in the next two years. As the unemployment rate continues to drop, companies struggle to fill positions and find ways to retain their best employees and attract new talent. The survey suggests that the biggest motivator for a job change is reportedly more money, yet most respondents say that fulfilment at work is just as important.
