Mooney’s Bay was awash with gaiety, song, dance, music, food and fun as Jamaicans in Ottawa celebrated their national day, popularly known as JAM Day. Hundreds of friends and out-of- town visitors, some from as far away as Montreal, Toronto, New York and New Jersey, took part in the revelry which has become one of the most popular events in the national capital’s social calendar.
