Orlean’s Petrie Island was awash with sun drenched men and women, young and old, children and toddlers as the annual festival of Caribbean culture celebrated another year of success. Music, food, displays, vendors items, skimpy attires, all the usual hallmark of this icon in Ottawa’s social calendar were there.
