Hundreds of people were at City Hall Saturday to witness the first ever Somali Cultural Festival in the national capital region. Guests were entertained with ethnic Somali dances, food, fashion, music, art, spoken-word poetry and all the other attributes that are the hallmark of Ottawa’s vibrant Somali community.
