Friends and supporters of the Ottawa Centre Liberal Party gathered in their hundreds for their annual brunch at Sala San Marco centre. With MPP and Minister of Correctional Services and Public Safety Yasir Naqvi in the lead, guests were treated to a delicious choice of scrambled eggs,sausage,bacon,baked potatoes, macaroni and sundry drinks for the holiday season celebration. Newly elected MP and Minister of the Environment, Catherine McKenna was unavoidably absent, as she was in Paris to represent Canada the international climate change conference. She however send her good wishes via a Skype message which was relayed directly to the guests, amidst great applause.
